- When it wears off
- Stop before it's too much
Log each drink with one tap. See an estimate of when the alcohol wears off, gentle notes on amount and pace, and when to have water — on iPhone, the Lock Screen and Apple Watch.
What it does
-
Logging you can do tipsy
Tap the picture of your drink once. From the second glass, “Another” logs the same again. Pick the size in everyday words like a medium mug or one gō — or just “Not sure”.

-
When it wears off
From what you drank and your body size, it estimates when the alcohol wears off as three times — early, typical and late — with an illustrative graph.

-
Stop before it's too much
A quiet note when you pass the amount in Japan's drinking guideline or drink fast. Log water with one tap, and get a hint of how much and when.

-
Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
Log from the Live Activity, Control Center or Siri, and check the time left without opening the app.

-
On Apple Watch too
Log from your wrist with one tap. Time left, another round and water — all there.

-
Last-train support (optional)
Register your home, and on a night out it finds the last train from a nearby station and shows when to leave on the Lock Screen. Times are estimates and don't reflect same-day delays.
